Thank you for shopping with Headband Studio! We’re committed to delivering your handcrafted accessories with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping details below:

📦 Processing Time

All orders are handmade and packed with love. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your items are shipped.

During high-volume times (like holidays or launches), processing may take slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated!

🇺🇸 Shipping Within the U.S.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and the shipping speed you select, starting at $4.90. Economy shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

Free Economy shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

🌍 International Shipping

We're not currently focused on international orders, but we're happy to ship outside the U.S. if you'd like to order. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier (USPS or DHL Express).

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply.
International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days.

🚫 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do everything we can to assist you in locating your order. Please contact us if you need help.

🔁 Return Policy

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately or within 5 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or refund.

For all other returns — changed your mind or want a different print — we offer exchanges for store credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn/unused and the print is still in stock. Sale and clearance items are final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. See our full Refund Policy for details.
