📦 Processing Time
All orders are handmade and packed with love. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your items are shipped.
During high-volume times (like holidays or launches), processing may take slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated!
🇺🇸 Shipping Within the U.S.
We offer standard shipping via USPS, which typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
- Flat rate shipping: $4.99
- Free shipping on orders over $99.00 (U.S. only)
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply.
- International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days.
🚫 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do everything we can to assist you in locating your order. Please contact us if you need help.
🔁 Return Policy
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on headbands or scrunchies. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
