📦 Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and interested in our products, feel free to contact us — we occasionally make exceptions for international orders.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us at the email below.
📏 Sizing & Fit
What size are your headbands?
All of our headbands are one size fits most. The soft stretch fabric accommodates a wide range of head sizes comfortably. If you have a very small or very large head, feel free to reach out and we can advise on the best fit.
Will the headband give me a headache?
We designed our headbands specifically to avoid the dreaded headband headache. The double-brushed poly fabric has a gentle stretch that holds without squeezing — most customers wear them comfortably through full 12-hour shifts.
Do the headbands slip?
Our headbands are designed with a non-slip fit that stays in place through active shifts. The fabric grips gently without pulling your hair. If you experience slipping, try adjusting the placement slightly higher on your head.
🧺 Care Instructions
How do I wash my headband or scrunchie?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Do not bleach. Iron on low if needed. Velvet scrunchies should be hand washed or machine washed on delicate in a mesh laundry bag and laid flat to dry.
Will the colors fade?
With proper care (cold wash, low heat), our fabrics hold their color beautifully. Avoid hot water and high heat drying, which can cause fading over time.

Are your headbands good gifts for nurses?
They're one of our most popular nurse gifts! Our specialty-specific prints (NICU, L&D, dental, pharmacy, radiology, and more) make them a uniquely personal and practical gift. Many customers order them for Nurses Week, nursing school graduation, and healthcare worker appreciation.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
Yes! You can add a gift note at checkout. If you'd like special packaging, reach out to us before placing your order and we'll do our best to make it special.
Can I order in bulk for a team or unit?
Absolutely — we love bulk orders for nursing units, dental offices, and healthcare teams! Contact us before ordering so we can discuss quantities, timelines, and any customization options.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right. Because our items are handmade in small batches, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please contact us right away with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
